I’m trying to take most of my art offline as much as possible; I want to produce works completely through analogue means, so I’m trying out different things these days. My wife found a cache of oil pastels among her things, so I started working with them last night.
I’m on a bit of an Orson Welles kick these days, and considering that Transformers opened this week, what better person to try my hand at oils with than the biggest, baddest robot there ever was?

I had this really epic and great crossover comic in mind with both Haruhi and Metal Gear, but then this job I have now kind of killed the time to do that. Instead, I’m doing stupid things like this comic below!

This is a painting of my friend I did for another friend’s birthday. I did it at the last minute as a gag present this afternoon before the party. It looks kind of wonky but oh well.
