As of late, I’ve been subjected to spend my weekdays in a building with long periods of nothing to do. Nevertheless, I manage to get some ideas on paper with all the extra time I have. With all the Persona 3 I’ve been playing, it only seemed natural to draw some of it. I’m actually not that far into it, so instead, I drew some weird crossover with other series.
I didn’t do well in making the Servants look like Personas. Amusingly enough, right after I came up with the idea, I saw a thread on /type-moon/ that had the same concept. Well, the Japanese had a year to come up with it.
I also churned this out. Makes sense, sort of.

Well, now that Fuuka has joined the party, I kind of miss having Mitsuru as the navigator.
Even so, I’m going out with the meganekko school treasurer in the game, since Mitsuru isn’t avaliable for a while. I hear it’s really awful if you choose to break up with her for another girl…

So I got in a new camera this week: Canon Powershot SD1000. It’s no SLR, but it’s a really good compact camera that takes decent quality pictures with little difficulty. And what better way to test it out with a good ol’ figure shoot.
I shot the first batch out in the early afternoon under some shade. I didn’t have any reflectors or other light equipment, so Photoshop took care of that.
This beauty here is named Ignis from Nitro+’s Jingai Makyo (Chaos Gate). I never heard of it, but I bought the figure because it was just so nice.
Then Eva 01 came in, with a flying kick to Ignis.
The next day, I recieved a Mitsuru (I guess I do have a thing for redheads). I didn’t have time for a outdoor shoot, so I set it against my monitor before I went to sleep. But then, I stared at the monitor, thinking how the figures looked against the light. So I got up, and spent 3 hours shooting more photos and editing them. These are wallpaper sized, so feel free to use them.
Oh, don’t compare this to those iPod ads. Only now did someone point that out to me.

It’s My Balls Week. Get on board it’ll be a great time.
I’m no good at colouring so I didn’t even try.
In case you don’t know, My Balls is a manga about this guy who can’t ejaculate for 30 days otherwise he releases the Queen of Terror from his balls and she destroys the entire world. It’s part hentai, part delightful love story, and all hilarity. Get it now.
