The idea spawned from Comicon when Kinuko drew this little Pokemon drawing and I couldn’t help but laugh at it. During dinner that night, I branched off the idea and drew all over the paper dining mat with horrible renditions of Pokemon that I couldn’t remember. Unlike other people here, I can’t actually make my Pokemon look appealing without reference. And there is a lot of Pokemon that I don’t know.
Though this time, I did come up with the awesome Gurren-Squirtle thing. And I pretty much remember how to draw only Cynthia from memory.

This will never actually get finished. I think being a mecha designer would be tons of fun. Imagine being the guy at the company who’s only job is to draw robots. Pity that such a job probably doesn’t exist here. I guess maybe if you really like that battletech tripe.

I have never played a Megami Tensei game. But I was more than excited for Persona 3. Not only did I fall for Mitsuru, but the premise looked good and I was more than willing to put it down for pre-order.
Then I was supposed to be playing it this Wednesday. But the word got out it was delayed. Maybe a week or so.
Actually, it was three weeks. I died a little inside.
Anyway, I drew this for the Hardcore Gamer Magazine, got some free P3 strategy guides from it. It’s probably the most exhuasting bit I’ve done, as I had to draw at a resolution that I was not very comfortable with and I was asked to make a few changes around, too. It’s alright, I think it came out ok.

Kinuko and I drew some Gurren Lagann themed Paintchat doodles. Then we ruined them. I ruined her sexy drawings and she beautified mine, making a result that I think is more epic than the original, sadly.
Goddamn it, stop trying sexy girls so fucking easily, goddamn you Kinuko.
Oh, we were also drawing a Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei drawing but then she ran off to do nothing and my internet got disconnected so all I had to show for it was this:
Why is the anime version so pretty? I wish they did Kaiteni Kaizo like this.

I blame it on Kinuko for getting me interested in this series. After watching the first episode, I declared that I would gladly watch the rest.
The anime itself is rather pretty and captures the feeling of the manga pretty well. I like it since it retains that sort of old-Japan feeling in the design and style. It’s definitely something different to watch other than my usual Lucky Star and Gurren episodes.
Yeah, and Zetsubou Sensei is handsome. I think it’s the glasses.

I have little to no love for cars. The only way I could ever render one is with the secret hope that it may very well be, a robot in disguise. This is for my doctor as he’s retiring. And like most doctors, he loves the porsche.
