Finally got around to picking up my goods from the post:

Since:
1. I don’t have a good camera,
2. Everyone else has done awesome photo sessions already (superrats, foobarbaz),
I’ve decided to just do some silly silhouette shots (ha, alliteration!) which look more like dark blobs of god-knows-what.

A few more shots after the break:

This one is dedicated for a certain Mr. 大鹿. Thanks for (eventually) shipping out my stuff!
So what did you all get?
btw, I’m never going to redeem that Steam gift, you-know-who.

I’ve also been busy wrapping up clean-up work on promotional art on an upcoming game. I guess it’s supposed to be a big deal; you’ll see it on store shelves in a couple of months.
Unfortunately, a stick of my RAM fucking blew up and work on my computer has been excruciatingly slow.
But good news. I passed two more 12s: Laster Cruster and Setsugekka.
Anyway, I’ve been meaning to draw some bakemonogatari. So here’s a quick and terrible sketch done today:

Edit: I gave her an arm. And I drew Ararararagi.
Yes, I’m late on my anime. But this show was most certainly a surprise and I throughly enjoyed it. Who was your favorite character (mine is obviously Senjougahara)?
More content after the break.

Good news: I finally passed my first and second 12s in IIDX. They were A and Ristaccia, though I think they are pretty easy 12s.
Bad news: I have absolutely no new worthwhile material to post.
However, I was looking back in my folder and I found some stuff that I figure should be alright to post, though I think it’s pretty embarrassing.
Earlier in the year, I was approached by some people that was working with Kotaku to make a shirt for them. It would have a so-called Kotaku-tan on it, and I would design that character. The following is a sort of design process that I went through (or lack of).
This was my first rendition of Kotaku-tan without any specifics given. I thought it was alright (I’m not a good designer, btw). Yes, I had about five different friends tell me to draw Slowpoke.
More after the break.

Tollmaster, what did you think about it?
I actually really enjoyed it, coming in with no expectations (and also not being well versed enough in Macross legacy, though my roommate explained to me the pineapple cake). Oh, how I wish that Klan Klan had more screentime.

I installed Windows 7 when it went live, so I had to futz with my tablet settings, thus this practice sketch. I originally tried to draw Ranka and Sheryl, but I need a little more practice with their hair…
By the way, anyone know how to turn off the windows pen tablet clicking animation and notation? It’s incredibly annoying and distracting because it doesn’t play nice with openCanvas 3. Nevermind (again), thanks!
Maybe I’ll draw some Bakemonogatari next…after I get over midterms and papers.

I’m currently juggling my life between school and Demon’s Souls.
And Empress CS.

It seems to be that every post I make, I’m apologizing about the lack of updates. However, school is already in full swing for me (go UCs). So here’s a motley of sketches from the last month.

Tollmaster, do you like kunoichi? Because I totally adore them. D:
She has no pants because I accidentally deleted the file before I got around to the lower region. I also accidentally deleted the Phantom Kingdom professor drawing, too. True story.

I wanted to make a vocaloid collage of sorts, but figured it was going to be too much hard work, so I dropped it. Maybe later.
More after the jump.
