Rozalin wouldn't put up with asking for clothes--either she's in tsundere mode, and she'd get violent, or she's in God of All Overlords mode, where she'd get violent. Women who don't leave their houses but still find reason to carry around gatling guns in their skirts tend to see things in uncomplicated terms: you are the bad guy.
