ohhh an opera, and I’m guessing thats a swan too?. I can’t really tell what the blueberry thing is. The last one looks like some sorta mousse tower or creme caramel/flan.

I had to do a bunch of swans the other day. Along 100 napoleons and 120 operas. Ohohoho the life of making yummies all day.
