What ever happened to predictibility?

The milkman, the paperboy, evening TV.

Everywhere you look , everywhere you go (there’s a heart).
There’s a heart
A hand to hold onto.

Everywhere you look , everywhere you go.
There’s a face
Of somebody who needs you.

Eveywhere you look,
When you’re lost out there and you’re all alone,
A light is waiting to carry you home,
Everywhere you look.
Everywhere you look.

PERSONA FUCKING HIJACK:
Roseanne ugh

Ugh, why did this show even exist? As if the thing I was really missing and need to watch on TV is overweight white trash with life issues. If I wanted to see that, I’d just go to Walmart.

When I was a kid, I hated Roseanne for the reasons you stated. Thing was, as I grew older, my family life (even the good times) were a lot more like Roseanne than any other sitcom, which always consisted of either Soccer Mom families struggling with hipster issues like omg my daughter has her first date and the guy is scary! or urban hipsterers in apartments in the Big City who have big dreams and everything to prove.

I guess Roseanne is something that you have to be a bitter, lower-class suburban citizen to really “get”. If you wake up in the morning and don’t want to be dead because upward mobility is a lie and the world hates you, you can’t really appreciate what Roseanne is trying to say as a TV show.

It’s the Carnival Freak show of America…where you will find all American stereotypes peacefully shopping for fat inducing foods and low low prices.
