i think you should talk about what games or animes or mangas or doujins you’re reading at the time, and “rating” them.
you could also talk about your personal projects, and how you execute them.
you should definitely have a podcast!
Paul can whisper sweet nothings in my ear about his experience doing professional sprite animation. Other than that I don’t know, you’re your own.
Might be interesting to see how crazy you really are :) I’ve been curiously following this blog, and I wonder who you guys are, why you’re drawing these things… also I probably miss most references. A podcast could be a nice way to enlighten me (and hopefully others) on these points.

I’d like to hear about artistic styles and your guys’ background in art. How you got started, what you learned along the way, etc. You could talk about Japanese culture and entertainment, but as a fellow artist, I think I’d rather hear about art.
Also, I think it’d be interesting to hear about artists that inspire you and who you guys are watching/subscribing to.
Least favourite/most tedious part of creating? Is the outcome more satisfying than the process of making something? What do you do when you don’t have an idea? Do you slam your head against a wall, go play some games, or do you just draw anything, nonstop, until something hits?
And most important to me, how do you become awesome? Is there some test you must pass? Answer thee those questions three? Reach the highest point of the highest mountain and meet the master? Meditate on a battlefield? Learn to moonwalk?
Oh, and definitely more poop and intestines, of course.
