Sounds like you need to buy copies of Pokemon Colosseum and XD!

I have Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho Oh, Celebi, Jirachi, Shaymin, and Arcaes but I dont have the 484 remaining… LOOOOOOL
