That was awesome. I love your way of mashing all of these cool references together. The animation itself is just so visually appealing. I also love that you seem to really understand the types of transformations the style lends itself to. I’m probably missing a big reference here, but the girl in the parka boss character was done perfectly. I love the way she still has a content face even when half of the skin on her face is blown away to reveal the robotic skeleton underneath. That’s an example of what I mean when I say you understand exactly what the animation does well.
I was wondering how open you are to outside ideas for your movies.

lol if you do a youtube video search for ‘kings of power’ you get an internal server error. No matter what else you search for,it works fine.. but the exact phrase ‘kings of power’ breaks it :D
oh btw, awesome movie :D i liked the pirate baby battle one too, you should upload them all to youtube so i can convince random nubs to watch them without 300mb downloads ;)

That was really really good. It took me, like, a week to stop raving about it to all my friends, and that’s only because I’ve run out of friends to rave about it to.
You certainly put a lot of work into it, and it shows. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if these webmovies become instant internet classics, given the strong gamer influence on internet popuiarity.
Anyways, here’s to a bigger following and a brighter future! Creativity and Craft, mate!

Amazing, amazing stuff! - why the hell haven’t we yet seen any games from you! Seriously that requires some explanation - unless I’m just ignorant and don’t know of some projects that are either in progress or already out there on the indie market.
Either way - I wonna see those games! with that kinda skill u could rule the wooorld and also come close to metal slug - yep it’s still the current leader of the world.
on Tuesday, April 1st, 2008 at 6:08 am:
Was that a Xexex reference at 1:22 and again at 7:05?
Either way, it was totally awesome, but you probably knew that already.
on Friday, April 4th, 2008 at 6:06 am:
Amazing!
Damn! I loved “Baby”, but this one is even better. Good job!
on Sunday, April 6th, 2008 at 1:22 pm:
Hey Paul when is the DVD coming out? I wanna pitch in a fanart cover illustration it that’s ok with you?
on Tuesday, April 8th, 2008 at 4:37 pm:
Hey, Paul… Helluva show there! Really incredible stuff, your labor of love really shines through!
Um, listen, I kinda need to know how much of that was symbolic and how much of it was just having fun. I was in a really bizarre mood when I saw it the first time, and it kind of broke my mind. Please… help a hurting man, if you could, and send me a note. I just want to know what “Trapped inside the Dream” really means… You know, before I start eating people and junk.
Kisses!! — The Z
PS. Yes, I seriously need you to talk me down… I just pepper everything I write with jokes so that I’ll calm down.

Do the Violence Kings, after turning into Pikachu, Krang and Tarako, become Duane and Belial from the movie “Basket Case”? Nobody seemed to notice this.
Also, awesome job!!!
