There was a time when Knuckles was more than the dumb strong guy he is today(also pink!). Thank you Shadow the hedgehog for stealing the jobs of three characters. He stole the rival position from Knuckles, the ability to operate vehicles and machinery from Tails, and even that secret agent nonsense from Rouge. Bravo.

OG Knuckles will always be cool in my book. Sonic 3 and Knuckles was one of the best games ever.
I have never really gotten into Shadow. The whole conflicting personality is annoying, and like you said, he is a bunch of characters rolled into one. Why no love for metal sonic?
