FUCKING GURREN WEEK - GARlock
The one thing I regret about Gurren Lagann is that we were never given the epic Captain Harlock-esque Simon and his deep voiced, right hand man Boota. It makes me tiger cry. ;_;

I think Gainax intentionally did that to bait people into watching the next episode for it to show up.

I think Gainax just didn’t have their shit together and animated before the story and designs were finalized. Anything about it being an alternative universe or a dream is absolute crock pot shit.
This is a regret shared by the whole of humanity.
